What to know: the terms

1. Admission

Participation requires a minimum age of 18 — or the higher legal gambling age in the jurisdiction concerned. Whether online gambling is permitted at the place of residence is for the player to check.

2. Operator and licence

The operator of LuckyBoom Casino is MAIREKE LIMITADA (Costa Rica) on the basis of a licence from the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority. The law of Anjouan (Union of the Comoros) applies.

3. Player account

One account is permitted per person. Details must be correct, the account name must match the name of the payment method and login details are to be kept confidential.

• Several accounts on the same name, device or payment method may be closed without prior notice.
• Formal requests (e.g. self-exclusion, account closure) are made from the registered email address.

4. Deposits

Deposits are made with payment methods in your own name. The minimum deposit is €20, for the fifth deposit bonus €40.

• Cards: 10 transactions per day and 40 per month; ceiling €10,000 per day and €15,000 per month per card.
• Fiat and crypto balances are managed separately.

5. Withdrawals and verification

Every withdrawal requires a fully verified account: a valid official photo ID, a selfie with that ID and a bank statement or utility bill from the last three months with matching names. In accordance with the AML rules, a deposit must have been wagered at least three times before withdrawal.

• Minimum withdrawal €40; requests are handled within 2 business days.
• For winnings outside jackpots €20,000 per week and €50,000 per month apply; jackpot wins are unlimited.
• If the amount exceeds the transaction limit of a method, it may be paid out in partial amounts.
• A withdrawal request not yet processed can be cancelled; the amount is credited to the playing balance.

6. Bonuses

Bonuses must be activated in the profile before the qualifying deposit; granting afterwards is excluded. Only one bonus can be active at a time.

• Wagering requirement welcome package ×40, first live bonus ×15.
• Maximum stake while wagering: €5 per spin or round, on the first deposit bonus €1.
• Contribution: slots 100%, live casino 10%, table games and video poker 0%.
• Maximum bonus winnings across all bonuses: €10,000; after wagering at most ten times the bonus can be paid out.
• A withdrawal with an active bonus ends the bonus and the bonus balance.

7. Inactive accounts

After six months without activity, €10 per month is charged when the balance is positive.

9. Changes

Terms, bonus terms and limits may be changed. The current version is decisive. If a translation deviates, the English version applies.
