Requesting a withdrawal
- Complete KYC (photo ID, selfie, recent bank statement or utility bill).
- Wager the deposit at least three times.
- Check that no bonus is active; a withdrawal ends an active bonus.
- In the cashier choose a method and enter the amount (at least €40).
- Wait for the review (up to 2 business days), then for the processing time of the method.
KYC verification
Withdrawals require full verification: an official photo ID, a selfie with that ID and a recent bank statement or utility bill. The name must match the payment method.
Notes
- Depositing is possible only with payment methods in your own name.
- Cards: 10 transactions per day, 40 per month; ceilings of €10,000 per day and €15,000 per month per card.
- Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro are accepted. Fiat and crypto balances are managed separately and cannot be combined.
- If a withdrawal exceeds the transaction limit of the method, it is paid out in partial amounts. A higher VIP level can raise the personal limit.
- After 6 months without activity a fee of €10 per month is charged when the balance is positive.
